Fangoria – Dying to be a part of ‘Punk Rock Holocaust 3′?

FROM FANGORIA - Filmmaker Doug Sakmann and Backseat Conceptions, the gang behind the previous two PUNK ROCK HOLOCAUST movies, are at it again, and they’ve put out a call for filmmakers to take part in the latest sequel—and for victims to die horribly on screen!
As before, PUNK ROCK HOLOCAUST 3 will be shot during this year’s Vans Warped Tour, which starts June 24 in Dallas, TX and winds up August 14 in Hillsboro, OR, with lots of stops in between.
Fans attending any of the tour dates are invited to sign up to shoot their own video footage of the shows, to be uploaded to the PUNK ROCK HOLOCAUST website and possibly included in the movie; contributors will have the chance to win prizes as well. You can also sign up for the chance to be a bloodied victim in the movie; to enter yourself for either or both, head on over to the site.
Sakmann and Backseat will be shooting a scene for PUNK ROCK HOLOCAUST 3 during this weekend’s 4th annual NYC Zombie Crawl, taking place Sunday, May 29 starting at 4 p.m. at Knitting Factory Brooklyn (361 Metropolitan Avenue). For two hours, those not already zombified will be given free ghoul makeovers, and the Crawl commences at 6 p.m. Along the way, the undead will attack and devour Brooklyn hipsters for the HOLOCAUST 3 scene; anyone interested in being a victim, or in taping footage with their camera or smart-phone, can contact info@nyczombiecrawl.com with the subject line “PRH3 Shoot.” For more information on the Crawl, click here.
